Character Design made for a project.

Quinn
Quinn is the one who leads the rebellion group 'Libertas'.
She is one of the first few that had successfully escaped the city and survived outside of Vitrea.

The revolution occurred when several people within the Citadel found out the truth. Finding a safe haven and trying to survive outside of Vitrea, Quinn lead a group of rebels to build a base deep underground, away from the apocalyptic above.
